The more I listen to it, the more I am inclined to label "Wrong Way Up" as a near masterpiece. Songs like "Cordoba", "Spinning Away", and "Footsteps" are all brilliant.

I think it's interesting that Eno and Cale both claim they were getting angry at each other towards the end of the record, it produced great results.

They made a mistake when they did not include Cale's "Shuffle down to Woodbridge" on the re-issue. I would have liked some viola on "The River" but Cale had split by then.
